Birmind by Fragmind is an artificial intelligence platform used to manage conversations, automate customer support, and connect channels such as WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta. This policy explains how we process data from customers, administrator users, and people who interact with businesses that use Birmind.

2. Data we collect and process
- Account data: name, email, phone number, company, role, credentials, and preferences.
- Meta and WhatsApp data: business ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, connected phone numbers, connection status, authorized permissions, and tokens required to operate the service.
- Conversation data: phone numbers, visible names, messages, files, templates, delivery statuses, timestamps, tags, notes, assignments, and opt-in or opt-out records.
- AI data: agent instructions, uploaded documents, knowledge bases, generated responses, evaluations, technical logs, and performance metrics.
- Commercial and support data: selected plan, billing, payments, support requests, and administrative communications.
3. Use of WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta
When a customer connects a WhatsApp Business account, we use the authorized permissions only to provide the service: sending and receiving messages, managing templates, checking statuses, operating automations, and maintaining the connection with Meta.
- The customer must have the required notices, permissions, and consents before contacting a person on WhatsApp.
- Messages should only be sent to people who provided their phone number and agreed to receive communications.
- Unsubscribe, block, or opt-out requests must be respected without delay.
- Outside the 24-hour customer service window, only WhatsApp-approved templates may be used.
- Automation must include a clear path to human support when appropriate.
4. Use, providers, and retention
We use information to operate Birmind, authenticate users, connect channels, automate responses, route conversations, generate reports, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, improve security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers required to operate the service, such as Meta/WhatsApp, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, payments, email, analytics, and support.
We retain data while the account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or maintain business records.
5. Security and rights
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, role restrictions, monitoring, and reasonable security practices. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, update, objection, portability, or deletion of your data.
