1. How to request deletion
If you want to delete data associated with Birmind, Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp, send an email to fragmind.oficial@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
- Include your full name and account email.
- Include the business name, WhatsApp number, WhatsApp Business Account ID, or phone number ID if you know it.
- Clearly state that you want to delete your data or disconnect your Meta/WhatsApp integration.
2. Process and timeline
We will confirm receipt of the request, verify the identity or authorization of the requester, and delete or anonymize applicable data. We normally complete the process within 30 days, unless a legal obligation, dispute, security need, or technical requirement justifies a longer period.
3. Data we may delete
- Account and user profile data.
- Meta/WhatsApp connection identifiers and tokens when they are no longer required.
- Configurations, documents, knowledge bases, and agents created by the customer.
- Conversations, messages, files, tags, and operational records that we can legally and contractually delete.
- Identifiable technical logs that do not need to be retained for security, audit, or compliance.
4. Data that may be retained
We may retain minimal information when needed for billing, taxes, audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or aggregated and anonymized records that do not directly identify a person.
